I started as a young Oncology nurse in Canada. Always aware of the need to Balance the Body, Mind and Spirit of my patients. At that time I was described as “Holistic”. I was always searching for information or a guide to strengthen the immune system, to calm the patients during painful procedures and/or diseases. I was also hoping to find different treatments or herbs that would replace medications that were addictive. Medicines that would help reduce pain and suffering yet be gentle enough that the patient could enjoy his or her daily routine and family. My reading lead me to two books: “Between Heaven and Earth” and “The Web That Has No Weaver”. These books changed the direction of my life. I had to combine Tradition- al Oriental Medicine and Western Medicine. This is a decision I have never regretted. I attended the Florida College of Oriental Medicine for my Master’s Degree and the Oregon College of Medicine Doctorate Program. After completing my studies, I developed comprehensive programs that integrate West- ern Medicine with Traditional Oriental Medicine care. I treat ALL health problems and use many modalities.
